These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tiker Inc.'s ("we," "us," or "Tiker") website at tiker.com (the "Site") and AI agent orchestration platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this age requirement and can legally agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
  • Abuse the Service or AI agents in ways that could harm others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

4. AI Agent Usage

Tiker provides AI agents that can access third-party services (email, calendar, etc.) on your behalf. You are solely responsible for:

  • Tasks you create and their outcomes
  • Verifying AI-generated content before acting on it
  • Ensuring compliance with third-party terms of service
  • Monitoring agent actions and reviewing results

Important: AI agents operate autonomously. You must review all actions before confirming, especially for sensitive operations like sending emails or creating calendar events.

5. Payment and Billing

Tiker offers both subscription plans (Cloud) and free self-hosted options (OpenClaw). Subscription fees are processed via Stripe. You are responsible for any AI usage costs when using BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) mode.

6. Intellectual Property

Tiker retains all rights to the Service. You retain rights to your data and tasks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI AGENTS MAY MAKE ERRORS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT AND ACTIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
